Here’s what you’ll need:1. Baby wipes
2. Lip balm
3. Lip liner and Lipstick
4. Powder (Baby powder or press powder)
Steps:
1. Exfoliate first. Use the baby wipes to remove those dry skin.
2. Moisturize your lips. You can use petroleum jelly, but I prefer using a lip balm.
3. Using your favorite lip liner, outline your lips. Do not overline it, unless you want to achieve Kylie Jenner’s lips. (tip: well, if you really want to have a plump lips, overline your cupid’s bow and follow the natural line of your lips after it.)
4. Put on your favorite lippy. (Your lipstick should have the same or the closest color to your applied lip liner.
5. Put some powder on your palm and using your index finger. gently damp some powder onto your lips. You have to blend the powder a little and do not apply too much. You can put on a little more lipstci and a little more powder if necessary.
